Three Ways to be Listed, Three Levels of Exposure!

BASIC LISTING: There is no charge for the basic listing of your event's name and contact in the Ohio Bicycle Federation's Ohio Bicycle Events Calendar. No ride details at all are published with free listings. While we accept paid display advertising from businesses and others, that income doesn't nearly cover the costs of this publication. The financial support of donors is vital to the continued publication of this calendar. Please be generous and send a contribution with your calendar listing and, if you do, we'll move you to the next category...

FULL LISTING: So that everyone chips in at least a little toward the costs of this project, we require $10 minimum per event listed in order for us to publish event descriptions with the otherwise-free calendar listing. This fee is waived if the sponsoring organization has donated $50 or more to the calendar project. We don't like doing this, but we can't publish without money! Payment or a note promising payment (and how much) must accompany this form or we will assume no donation is forthcoming and no description will be published. Checks should indicate what event(s) they cover to avoid confusion and be made payable to "Ohio Bicycle Federation."

Enhanced Listing/Supporting Ride Pledge

Supporting Rides are events that pledge $1.00 per participant to help support the Ohio Bicycle Events Calendar. In recognition of that special support, Supporting Ride Event listings are a step above the "Full" listing level. Our Enhanced Listing includes: event date, name of event, starting city, route lengths, a thorough description, special features, entry deadline, contact information, color ink, and a special symbol recognizing your event and calling attention to it. Only Supporting Rides are entitled to an Enhanced Listing. A series event (as in a racing series) gets only one enhanced listing for the entire series but is obligated to donate only for the average number of participants (total number of participants divided by the total number of events in the series).

Agreement: We would like to help support the Ohio Bicycle Federation and its Ohio Bicycle Events Calendar by having our event be a Supporting Ride. We understand that, in order to receive the benefits of an OBF Supporting Ride (described above), we agree to donate a minimum of $1.00 per rider to the OBF/Ohio Bicycle Events Calendar within 30 days following our event.
