Although developing a six pack may seem like it’s all about fitness-training and building muscles, diet is a big part of the equation too. If you want to get rock hard abs, you must change your diet. Some of the nuts you can include in your diet include peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds, etc. Nuts also have low-fat levels and contain starch which will help increase your stamina in the gym.
